Orders will ship out within 2 days for orders placed Mon-Fri before noon PST. Orders placed on Friday after noon PST will ship that following Monday. If your order is under $35 you will receive shipping via USPS without tracking. 

All orders of $35 or more ship within the continental USA with USPS shipping with tracking.

If you have an issue with your item please send photo to Info@Godtivity.com within 14 days of receiving it. If the return is approved the you will be responsible for return postage and items must be received within 30 days of delivery. If the items are lost during the return shipping and you did not purchase a tracking number the return will be voided.
