It can be a very scary world out there. Viruses, sickness, diseases and terminal illness surround us daily. Most of us have lost someone too soon due because of an illness. It can be easy to believe the the lie that this is normal. Jesus died and conquered the grave so that we can live a life free from all viruses, sickness, diseases, terminal illness and even death.  This is an affirmation prayer of positive self confession of God's promises. 

I Worship the LORD, my God, my friend, my father and his blessing are on my food and water. He has taken away sickness, disease and viruses from among me and my family. No virus, sickness or disease shall enter my body, my family, my household or survive on my possessions. My flesh is fortified and sealed by the holy spirt that lives within me. The joy of the lord is my strength and my cheerful heart is a good medicine. The resurrection authority that raised Jesus from the grave; as he himself bore my sins in his body on the cross, so that I might die to sins and live for righteousness; that authority also lives in me. And by his wounds we have been healed. When I call to God for help he heals. Praise the LORD, my soul, and forget not all his benefits - who forgives all my sins and heals all diseases, who redeemed my life from the pit and crowns me with love and compassion. I will prosper and be in health, even as my soul prospers. With long life God will satisfy me and show me his salvation daily. The world will pass away, and the lust thereof: but I do the will of God and I will abide forever.
